Your documents will be forwarded as quickly as possible to the relevant contact person, who will make a pre-selection. This usually takes two to four weeks.

If your documents match our job advertisement, we will invite you to an initial personal meeting. We will arrange an appointment with you in the following two weeks.

Our interview with you will probably take about 60 minutes. You are welcome to use our tips for the best possible preparation for the interview.

As we often conduct several interviews, our invitation to a second interview can take around three to six weeks. In this second interview, we go into more detail, answer your questions again, discuss specific work tasks and clarify the content of the contract with you.

After successful discussions and the finalisation of all contract details, nothing stands in the way of your start with us. Once we have received your acceptance, we will arrange an appointment for you to sign the contract within the next one to two weeks.

You've done it. You are now part of the Schniewindt family! The induction phase lasts approximately three to eight months. Depending on your position, this period may vary. Your manager and the HR department will develop a personalised induction plan with regular feedback meetings.

There are no set deadlines or time frames for applications. Once we have collected all applications, we carry out a thorough review. Suitable candidates are then invited for a personal interview. However, it may happen that an application is still active while we are already in the final stage of the selection process and may therefore no longer be able to consider your application.

Our job interviews are conducted exclusively in person. We are convinced that getting to know you personally is essential in order to check whether you are a good fit for our team and whether you can imagine working with us.

In principle, we do not integrate any specific tests or tasks into our application process. However, we may present work tools during the interview to evaluate your skills.

During the interview with the manager from the specialist department and the recruiter, you will have the opportunity to discuss various topics in a comprehensive exchange. We see the first interview as a valuable opportunity to find out more not only about your professional qualifications, but also about who you are as a person.
