The CSN® cartridge heater type 93/0 without casing consists of ceramic supports with high electrical insulation values, protection class IP 00. This ceramic heating element can be installed in existing copper, steel and stainless steel pipes.
Our cartridge heating element without sheathing consists of ceramic heating conductor carriers with high electrical insulation values. Equipped with a heat-resistant heating conductor wire, which is worked into the grooves in a spiral shape, the horizontal arrangement ensures that the heating conductors do not collapse. The ceramic heating element can be easily integrated into existing copper, steel and stainless steel pipes. This solution is ideal for various applications, including hot water rinsing systems, oil preheaters, hardening oil baths, drying ovens and degreasing baths.
