Our CSN® cartridge heaters are ideal when direct tubular heater heating is not possible or when a simple replacement of the heating element without emptying the tank is required. The design with rotating shell allows flexible cable gland alignment.
Cartridge heaters are used where direct heating by tubular heaters is not possible or where it is advantageous to be able to replace electric heating elements without first emptying the tank. This version is equipped with a practical swivelling tray to ensure convenient and flexible use. The cartridge heaters act as a heat exchanger with a ceramic heating element or tubular heating element. This heats the cartridge tube, which transfers the generated heat directly to the medium. Thanks to their low surface load, they are particularly suitable for heating low-viscosity oil, hydraulic oil and heat transfer oil up to a maximum temperature of 80°C.
