A particular advantage of Schniewindt industrial immersion heaters is that they can be customised - in terms of output, voltage and materials. Tailored precisely to customer requirements, they are the ideal solution, for example for the efficient heating of heating oil and diesel fuel tanks. The industrial immersion heaters are also available in the EIG and THF versions with integrated temperature control and limitation, ensuring precise process temperatures at all times. Various controller and limiter options as well as PT100 sensors or sheathed thermocouples make customised process control possible.
There is also the angled cartridge type 93W. This is actually a cartridge heater whose legs can be customised. This makes it possible to use the angled heating solution for almost any power requirement.
In production and process engineering, industrial immersion heaters are used in particular where liquids need to be heated directly. The basic heating element of the immersion heater are tubular heating elements, which are often made of high-quality stainless steels, for example 1.4404 (AISI 316L); 1.4541 (AISI 321); 1.4876 (Incoloy 800); 2.4858 (Incoloy 825). This also ensures that the industrial immersion heaters are optimally adapted to the respective application situation and the medium to be heated. With the industrial immersion heater type EIG, the surface loads can also be customised for each application.

As they are primarily intended for vertical installation, they are easy to handle and can be inserted into the tank from above. The Schniewindt product portfolio includes three versions: The CSN® industrial immersion heater type EIT is ideal for manual heating of liquid media. Thanks to a sufficient supply line of three metres, the necessary safety and user-friendliness are also ensured. The power range is between 50 and 7,000 W. The type EIG was specially developed for the direct heating of liquids in industrial environments. It is available in various standard versions and can also be customised, for example with a temperature controller and limiter.
The CSN® tank heater type THF is particularly recommended for the efficient heating of tanks containing heating oil and diesel fuel. The industrial immersion heaters with thermostat enable precise temperature control and are available in various performance classes. This industrial immersion heater must not be used for flammable liquids.
